16 Tenby was originally a far more different and traditional color scheme, but was repainted around 2015. Below is the more original paint job.

In 1973, Rose sold the home to John Wilson for $36,000. The Wilsons sold the home in 1986 to the Bishops for $156,900. It went on sale in 2007 for $419,900, but didn't sell. The Bishops sold the home to the Wangs in 2011 for $320,000, $20,000 down from the initial asking price. The Wangs sold the home in 2024 to a development company for $450,000, and after renovation, the home sold in 2025 for $865,000.
